Check this out.
Massachusetts elected scott brown senator today.

The reasoning?
“I voted for Obama because I wanted change. … I thought he’d bring it to us, but I just don’t like the direction that he’s heading,”

This dufus wanted change.
Well, interestingly enough, Obama made over 500 campaign promises detailing exactly what he meant by change.

At this point in his presidency, he’s kept 91 promises and broken 15 (see politifact).
Politifact is run by a conservative group, and I have problems with several of their decisions – including their inability to understand inflation in some cases.

But please, tell me ANY OTHER PRESIDENT who kept that many promises in their entire term.
Good luck – there is no other president that fits the bill.

So the question is, if this voter doesn’t like what Obama means by change is this voter:

- uninformed about Obama’s positions prior to the election?
- uninformed about current events?

Probably both.
Or this jackass could simply be a republican, spouting their standard “where’s the change?” bullcrap despite all evidence that says Obama is doing exactly what he was elected to do. I’ve seen this literally hundreds of times as repubs on message boards pretend to be unsatisfied democrats.

That is the one thing Repubs know how to do – stir up angst and play political games.
They certainly have no ideas, and they care nothing for our country.

In addition to that, somehow Brown tapped into populist anger, despite his party being a major reason we haven’t put regulations in place keeping wall street in check. They fight every reform. They fight everything that would be good for the common man.
But the fucking idiot common man of Mass just voted for them.

I think it boils down to this empty head being pretty.
Repubs couldn’t get Sarah Palin elected (empty head, pretty).
But now they’ve got brown.
Terrific.

America, and Massachusetts – I am ashamed of your idiocy.
