that isn’t remotely true.

the national average reached $4.20 under GWB in 2008.
republican progandists are trying to give GWB credit for the price gas hit at the very bottom of the bush recession, which was under $2 at its lowest.

GWB is the first president where we had $2 gas or higher.
All thanks to deregulation.

Republicans have been blaming obama for the bush deficit as if obama was given a balanced budget.
and now they try to use the depths of the bush recession as a POSITIVE talking point.

its always dumb when you’re dealing with conservatives.
