I saw that title and thought, “Great, all those years of drinking coffee will pay off with more than just stained teeth.”
Of course, that only applies if the exercise part of the equation can be neglected.
I’d previously read that coffee reduces prostrate cancer risk, so this wasn’t a huge shock.
